We had a new be one year , Notice I say one year ,
He was so embarresed that he was done going downstate with us .
We told him he was a green horn ( new be hunter ) and he had to wear a green padded horn we made up out of cloth and added an elastic strap from a pain of underwear to hold it to his head .
At first he didnt want to waer it but he did .
He was in the woods leaning against a tree and a stanger came walking by and kind of chucled and ask , what the hell is on your head ?
He replied I,m a green horn .
Then he somehow manages to shoot a doe ( yes legaly) with his new shot gun .
Only thing is he blue half the jaw off and he drgged it all the way back to camp by the rear leg ,,LOL ..................

I wasn't old enough to make it up to our camp for opening season (had to be 18) two years ago, but a "International Game" restaurant had recently closed in town, and they were getting rid of some of the life sized mounts they had on display.
One of my dads friends went and borrowed a life size leapard mount and placed in on a trail that one guy in particular uses every year.
The guy said he literally looked at that thing in his scope for a good 15min before taking another step.
Another guy at our camp has been known to be unable to get his pants down in time to do a certain deed [:-], so my dad and another guy grabbed some hunting and adult magazines, a five gallon bucket and some towlet paper and made a little rest stop for the guy.
Then, knowing which trail he would be coming back on, they made signs every couple hundred feet. "Brads Rest Stop Next Exit" and so on

And the one that is most common is hiding an old ferret skin around the camp in drawers and cabinets tied with fishing line so it pops out when you least expect it.

You people are SICK! Just like me. But you all love hunting, just like me, so you are alright. Great Ideas by the way, cept the one about the lightbulb in the boot. That would really put a damper on that person's weekend hunt. But hey, some people are just weird like that in accordance with the prophecy.

if you have a guy in your camp who is a cop or highway patrol, take their cuffs and cuff the firstguy who passes out in the bunk room to the bunk and then tak the keys jsut outta reach on the wall or celing
