Great post and thank you for introducing your daughter to the great world of the outdoors. I have two daughters and took them bowhunting last year during the peak of the North Texas rut. We saw 7 different bucks and I didnt even get to pull the bow back. Its about the experience and the hunt, but I am glad she shot straight and hit the mark. The deer should be good eatin, and congrats to her for getting involved with your passion. Make it hers!

Congrats!!! It really doesn't get any better than that. One of my favorite things in the world is seeing little girls hunting with their Dads.

My youngest son (13) has killed many deer in his life already, but I was hunting with him yesterday when he shot his 3rd ever with his muzzleloader. It was still a rush for us both.

Hey guys!

This morning my daughter hunted with me in the missouri youth firearms season. She scored on her second deer ever, with only her second shot ever fired. She definately shoots better than the old man!

She was pumped, almost as much as me. Thanks for letting me share.

GH
