Maybe he got kicked in the nads real hard or maybe its do to the shot. Look at where the deer was shot it may have been blood draining down and filling. I knew a kid in college that got hit with a baseball and that happened to a nut the size of a softball for a year before a surgery downsized it to a tennis ball.

Do you shoot the deer or just find the picture.

It looks like a hydrocele, a fluid-filled sac that surrounds a testicle. It can result from a congenital (present at birth) deformation or injury to the tissues of the scrotum. The scrotum is innapropriately filled with fluid from the peritoneum and has no way to drain it so it accumulates over time. I strongly doubt it was due to the shot.

Happens fairly often in humans too.

Looks like it might be the deers guts hanging out to me .

Ditto, looks like he was shot pretty far back which may have something to do with it but it appears to be guts to me to, usually the "nuts" would be alot further back.....
