Teams?

What are teams? i see that every one has a team of some sort??????

Before season some of the regulars sign-up for teams and compete against other teams to see who can kill the best deer each team combining all their deer together. There are teams for everything Deer rifle, deer bow, turkeys, predator, etc. I didn't make it this year but I will next year.
