Blue Toung in Missouri???? What can Blue toung do
 

I hunt in Gasconade county for all of you people in Missouri and I have been hearing about blue tougn in Northern Missouri anybody else hear about it and if it is just an isolated insidint. What kind of damage can it cause to a deer heard.

This year is looking good.But the two previous years we got hit bad with it and Deer numbers were down bad enough we was just glad to see tracks.

If it is a severe outbreak it can decimate a herd locally.... Its bad news.

I went today, to scout a new farm to lease, its about an hour away from Gasconade county, and the farmer said hes found 5 bucks so far this summer and fall. No huge ones but a couple nice 8s and a small 10. We need cool weather and rain bad!
