Its pretty even for me. I have seen just about as many deer from 9:00am to 10:30am in the morning as I have the last hour. Both have been quite productive.

during the evening, but would rather hunt from 10am til 2pm, i've seen better bucks during this time

You need to put in,

Just before Dawn and just before Dusk.

That seems to be when I see the most deer where I am in NC

i mostly see them in the morning right after sunrise until mayb 10:30 thats when ive killed basically all of the deer

I just looked back over my log of deer harvests. Over the 8 years I have been seriously hunting, 16 of my 23 deer harvests have been during the evening time. That's 70%. My experience says evenings.
