setting 20 yard pin and shooting under 20

when i got my bow with the help of the bow pro at the shop we set my sights and so on

when i went to set my pin i wonted it set 10 20 30 but the pro said toset it at 20 30 40 so i did. He said by setting it at 20 i could shoot from 0 to 20 with no proplem because under 20 it is so close the diff wont matter.

is this true. And if not i gusses i need to go slap the guy lol

You need to go out & shoot it at all different yardages so you know first hand.

i love bowhunting, and yes, your first pin should be able to suffice from 0-20 or 25 yards. if he sighted it in, his 20 yards arent going to be your 20 yards. you have to sight in you bow to you. when adjusting your sight, chase your arrow. if the arrow shoots low, move your pin lower. if the arrow shoots left, move your sight left.
