The only thing I buy from the Richard chain is on clearance. They do have good clearance sales. There is one about two miles from my house.
I have never had a problem with them, but I use to have a problem with Oshman's, when it was still in business. They would always "run out" before the sale. I showed up one Sunday morning right as they opened, for the first day of a sale. The clerk looked and there was none of the advertised product. He got the manager over and he proceeded to lie and told me that they sold out. I ripped him a new one, and told him I wouldn't set foot in that store again. And I didn't.
