RE: donating blood
Can you only use them one time and then have to buy more butane and pads? Was wanting to buy some but wasn't for sure what the best method was.

RE: donating blood
Have yet to take it in the woods, but in the back yard it works great. Going to set up another blind on Monday and plan on taking it out then to try.

RE: donating blood
Eat a clove of garlic each day. Just slice it up and eat it. You will still get bit some, not as bad though.

RE: donating blood
This same question was on here a month or so ago. Thermacells work wonderful if there's nota lot ofwind. They can be used multiple times if the pad still has color. Keep a small ziplock to put the pad in after it cools off. The butane cartridge is good as long as you can see the fluid in it. Keep an extra refill with you just in case. Whomever came up with it deserves to be a multi-millionare!

RE: donating blood
Anybody else notice that the cells don't keep their color as long as they used to?

RE: donating blood
one of the patches will last me about as long as im in the stand so i have to change out every time i hunt, but WOW they are amazing. after the 20 min they take to warm up its amazing. here in rural south georgia we grow skeeters like freakin small birds. thermacell prevents most mosquitos from bitin but there are always one or two that get through
