Pretty cool practice for ageing deer
 

All of these pictures must have been taken on Texas ranches. I don't agree with all of their assessments (because I have different ageing standards), but they are pretty consistent for the standards they have chosen.

Basically they give you a 5 second video clip and you have to decide if the deer should be shot or not based on age. 3 or less no... 4+ yes (that is their mature/imature barrier)
