cam question
This trail cam i brought keeps taking pictures of this tree that is 20 or so feet in front of cam. The tree is pretty small. could the tree moving in the wind set the cam off.

RE: cam question
What kind of camera did you buy. Most take a combination of heat and motion to set them off.Maybe you have it facing into the sun ,that could set it off.Or maybe there is a bird or something you dont see that is doing it.

RE: cam question
I had a small problem with my camera doing that, so I angled it down just a bit, I think they pick-up heat that is radiating up from the ground and triggers them to take a picture, especially if you have it set to where its over looking a field or large open area, also make sure that its not facing east or west, like RET3006 said, if it faces the sun it will do funny things also.
