No brain numbing rock or hillbilly music gets played in my vehicle. It's classical music all the way for me. Tons of different pieces that fit in nicely while driving through natural settings. Vivaldi's "Four Seasons" works real well and the music really gives one a sense of the different seasons. His movements for the Fall season even has one dedicated to the hunt.

A little Fred Bear by the nuge or 80's hair bands. There was one season where each time i popped in a firehouse cd and listened to it on the drive to the woods in the morning, i killed something that day. If i listened to anything else that day, nothing.

I don't do much Pantera, but Killswitch Engage, All that Remains,Underoath, Haste the Day, August Burns Red, Spoken, Blindside...allare good. Some of them are heavier then the others, but to my dad, it's all too heavy, even the stuff with good sounding melodic parts.
Some of you old guys, are hardcore though.
