i usually listen to rock and even a little rap (some of it, let me clarify), but when im going to the country to hunt, i like country music. it just gets me in the mood, especially when its snowing and you get out in that cold november air to unlock the front gate to the property and you can just smell the essence of hunting season lol.

Last year I had country music going in my truck during the season. I got in with a friend of mine and he was playing hard rock AC/DC Metallica that kinda of music, which was hard to take at 5 am. Anyhow he called it "deer wacking music". Long story short I left the wood that day with the biggest Buck I have ever shot. Its time for me to change my soundtrack!!

Anything really, but the real music that get me ready is the music made while loading the .270.

Pink Floyd... I love it when driving in the dark when very few cars are around. Very moody setting. Some of their songs almost put me in a trance.
