This guy missed this massive buck twice; he should not be in the sport of hunting at all.

Well, yes one would think that a hunter should be able to drop a deer at that distance, but we really will never know the whole story here. Maybe it was a young inexperienced hunter who had never had a buck like that in front of him? Have we never heard of buck fever? I think even more experienced hunters still get a little of that when a nice buck shows up. Maybe the guys gun sights somehow got knocked off zero? Lots of things that could go wrong while hunting. Plus, why do most of us who hunt with repeating rifles load all the rounds it could take? I don't think any of us would stop shooting at a buck like that if he remained still and we missed with the first two shots, but had 2 or 3 rounds left in the rifle.

HOW DO YOU GET IT TO JUST STAND THERE FOR THAT MANY TRIES.

That way, when the really big one does come for us to shoot, we can have one miss on buck fever and still get a good shot off at him.

If you watch closely the 1st and 3rd shots hit in almost the exact same spot right in front of the deer. The 2nd shot is a little bit of a flyer higher and farther left but he took the 2nd shot pretty quickly. I'm betting on a scope that got knocked off kilter.

I agree with the poster above that scope must have been off, because he grouped the bullets pretty good. I would have to say that I would have definetly compensated for the scope at least after the 2nd shot.

I didn't watch the video but, as far as worst hunter of all time, I'd go with Jackie Bushman. I hate that guy. [:'(]

Yep I agree, the scope was off...shot 2 was out in right field, or should I say left field?

yea i wouldnt say hes a bad hunter. maybe having a bad day, a bad sighting - in session, a new gun he has sighted in yet b/c he just bought it, maybe he has a broken arm. there are alot of situations that would give him an "excuse". also, if he found where a buck like that lives, he cant be that bad of a hunter. ya know?
