I say just grow a nice food plot or something you know? Or if you hunt public land make sure you take time to go out and scout the land a few times during the year to watch for prints, sounds, smells and see whatever else is there. Thats the best thing, know the land. I am actually going to the Wildlife this year for BOW and called the DNR to ask about the land and I was out there scouting. I found a great spot off a couple trails with open area. Hopefully I'll get something, saw alot of deer tracks, but as for bait/feed, I would rather just put out a food plot.

I threw this recipe out last year....It works just as well as c'mere deer and is 50 times cheaper. Dilute table syrup with warm water and pour over the corn just like ole' Hank Parker does. You can smell the cane syrup in c'mere deer. I like the brown sugar idea.....brown sugar usually comes from cane syrup/juice. End result is deer are just like us....they like sweets!!!!
