Whitetails VS. Mule Deer

Do you agree with the following statement:

"if your talking mentally, it's whitetails....if your talking physically, it's mule deer"

and you opinions for those having hunted both as to which is tougher.

My uncle lived in Nebraska most of his adult life, and hunted both many times, and he said that Mule Deer have 100th the brain of a Whitetail, because he said they're so dumb he could sneak up on them, whereas with a whitetail, if you tried that, all you would be seeing is a white tail, if that.

A mature Mule deer buck is as wary of an animal as a mature Whitetail buck is.

It is just a different kind of hunting. Hunting mule deer may be a little more physically demanding especially if you are going after a big mature buck you need to get a ways off the road that's for sure.
