Deer Disease

Hello Guys and Girls I checked my deer cam today and I have a picture that I would like you to look out and see if you can tell me what this is on the deer's head and ears. Is this something I should be concerned with? Is this common? It looks like tics or warts. Any help would be great

looks like fly bites...cant really tell if its ticks. couple big ones look like ticks..
