Just buy a cheap one from Cabela's.

Go to their site, and search for blinds, they have some cool stuff.

no, no I want a tower stand blind, I want to build a wood blind 10-15ft in the air complete with ladder, building with carbet open windows and roofing. I dont want to have to pay 2000 either.

Have you priced lumber lately?

You would be A LOT better off by just buying one or getting someone who welds to make you one!!!

Get yourself some brackets like Elevators or other systems that someone like Cabela's sells. This will allow you to make the platform and scaffolding from treated lumber and quality hardware that is resistant to rusting from the treated wood. Then figure out what floatd your boat for the top in terms of comfort and shooting angles.

Just wondering butcould you not find 3 or 4 trees that are close together and put up a big treestand? I built a few like that. This year I want to put a roof on one of them. I put a small table and a small stool in one of them. It may be a cheaper way to go. Unless your putting it in a wide open field.
