RE: Who's Number 1 ?
ORIGINAL: Hotburn76 DD got my vote to! I enjoyed seeing him slay the deer two seasons ago and make lots of people on here jealous!! It was fun seeing him make lots of post on successful hunts! All them guys get paid to do mostly can hunts and none are bad hunters, just not my cup of tea! How is life in Kentucky DD? LOL ..THANK YOU H.B. FOR THE KUDOES ... LIFE IN THE BLUE GRASS STATE IS PRETTY GOOD ...IT AINT ALABAMA BUT THEN.. THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE HOME .... THIS IS BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY AND SOME VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE AND HOPEFULLY I WILL GET TO HUNT HERE THIS YEAR ... THANK YOU FOR ASKING OLE BUDDY AND GOOD LUCK TO YOU THIS YEAR ! dd |
RE: Who's Number 1 ?
DD, you were a strong consideration,.. however, ..... I opted to vote for the legendary Jim Shockey. The man is as good as it gets! If you've had the chance to meet and talk to him you'd see what I mean! An amazing hunter and one that truly understands the sacrifice that it takes to get there!

RE: Who's Number 1 ?
Will Primos, he seems like a guy you could hang out with, always having fun.

RE: Who's Number 1 ?
I concur with Camocop and add thatDD's sharing of the less than desirable Canadian experience last year proves he is still in the hunt not the production. Being disappointed in a particular hunt only expands the joy in one where things go right. If every hunt resulted in a slammer buck it wouldn't mean the same thing when you get the chance for that once in a lifetime animal. I am sure the others on the list are all great hunters in their own right but just the fact that they make their living at entertaining the public makes them nothing more thancelebrities in my book. With enough retakes anything looks good on TV. Doc it has been a while since you initiated a controversial thread on this site. I remember well in the earlier years the hits you generated with your outspoken style of posting. Not since the days of Stealthy and his offspring or the occasional appearance of TDWW has the site lit up with excitement. Get back in the game…your public patiently waits. :D

RE: Who's Number 1 ?
where's David Blanton?
Or Gary Bogner? Gary Bogner is probably the best archer of all time. David Blanton has character. |

RE: Who's Number 1 ?
I woulda voted for Ted Nugent without hesitating, if he was listed. I voted for Will Primos though.
