What if there was no fence in the picture? Would you still be impressed?

You wouldn't be able to tell a farm deer from a wild deer just from looking at the deer, that's like trying to look at pictures of kids in a kindergarten and trying to point out which one is abused from nothing but one photograph.
The ear tag in the other pics helps

I don't think he was trying to show it off. It was just a picture.

No, I was't trying to show off, what would I have to show off? They aren't my deer. No hard feelings to anyone. I'll share some more pictures as the velvet gets rubbed off. It will be interesting to see what that fella with the extra antler by his right main beam will look like about late Oct.

Keep posting pics SJ .... you weren't trying to hide that it's a fenced in deer ....it's still interesting to most ..... just ignore those that assume your intentions .....

I'll keep posting them as their antlers develop. And I'll try to remember to put a warning "Farm raised deer" as the heading. This way folks who get their panties all bunched up don't have to click on the thread.

That buck looks to be about 6yr's old....too bad it's being raised like a cow. I'm more impressed by one that gets that big outside of a fence. But I must say what a nice buck.
Agreed. I'm as impressed by this pet as I was by the 1100 lb pig shot in the south that was someone's pet until 2 days prior.

What's next, pics of big cattle?

Glad you enjoyed them........

I did enjoy them! But don't you want comments on the Pics you post?

Noticed where I said "Nice Buck"

I'll be checkin all these guys out as the loose their velvet. And taken more pictures to share.

For all we know the picture might have been taked from a cow pasture.
And not a pen raised deer.
