Illinois Hunters

This is probably old news but I was curious if anyone from Illinois can update this story. From Hunting.net/news:

Illinois Bill Hands Local Governments Control of Deer Herd

If this happens it could set a very bad precedent for other states.

Local governments? Or state governments?

If it's going to be local governments, as in Counties and stuff, that'll make everything very complicated.
