am i reading these regs right? there is a gun huntfor dec21-jan3?in the deer "management" zone?
is this also considered zone "t"
maybe ill have to give myself a xmas present an go huntin!

Rickill welcome to the board a better place for this post would have ben in the midwest section .But anyway yes in the Zone T and in the Cwd zones the season runs the 21of Dec. til the 3nd of Jan. This is a real change compared to your normal nine day hunt so if your freezer has room get out and hunt. Heck my freezer is full but I may still go. I dont want to shot anymore deer this year but I just love getting out into the woods. Happy Holidays cheese-head

Whoa there bud! Dont go shooting anything in a zone t unit! At least not until I check this out. As far as I know , all gun hunting is closed for the rest of the year except the eradication zone. Theres a big difference between the eradication zone and a T-Zone!

Just double checked! The only open deer seasons now are archery until Jan 3rd. Gun dec 21 - jan 3rd in the CWD management zone only!
