World Hunting Association (WHA)..whats the scoop?
 

So does anybody know the scoop on the WHA? www.worldhunt.com

They are having a casting call to be on their upcoming reality show..I'm Canadian, but if I don't recall they took alot of bad press for wanting to have a show based on archery tranquilizing?

Whats the scoop these days?

I thought they took the "dart" out and replaced it with real arrows.

I read they gave up on the hunting competition and now just use thier website to promote hunting and hunting news...

Personally I don't see that this is as much a big deal as was made out of it, but everyone has different ideas.

They seem to have gone to hunting rather than darting, its on a ranch/farm, probably high fenced. It is a competition which seems to be the biggest objection. If you go to their web you can see the first two episodes, one with scouting, the other with hunting. It's a bit overboard from my personal tastes with the trash talking, the WHA girls etc, but the hunting footage they do show isn't bad.

would I do it? Nope. But I also didn't see the big deal that resulted in thehuge publicity storm either.
