does anybody know how to set a trap to catch sheds

You don't set 'traps' for antlers like you would for other animals. Not really humane to try a spring-loaded snatch and grab on an antler that isn't ready to drop. Antler traps are designed to try and localize the deer in a particular area and maybe 'convince' antlers to fall of when ready.
