Evidently, I'm a terrorist. Excuse me while I strap on some dynamite and drive through an embassy.[:@][:@][:@][:@][:@][:@][:@][:@][:@]

Now, I never liked Jim Zumbo before because his TV show is terrible. I remember watching him on an elk hunt and half the show was him getting a haircut. I just don't see how he thinks people enjoy that.

And I stumbled across his blog a couple weeks ago and it definently didn't help. The man puts down basically anything new. I read an article he wrote about how you shouldn't be allowed to hunt with walkie talkies and if you did it wasn't fair chase.

The man is very uptight.

When you make a statement like this on air, in writing or in casual conversation, I feel its that persons true belief. And for someonethat is a spokesmen for the hunting industry it inexcusable.Zumby'sapology isn't acceptable, period.

He is just expressing his opinion. I do not agree with his opinion, but it is his.

The problem with his oppinion is that some of our duly elected people who force anti gun laws down our necks might beleive mr. gumbo.

I will be looking in on Remington at noon to see if they make a full blown cut or if itjust turns out to be a smallpaper cut...

The Nugent board was all over this, while it was happening. Zumbo was dropped by Remington because of this. The apology was after he talked to the Nuge himself on the phone. Now Zumbo is going hunting with Nuge with AR-15's. No matter how much bad stuff is said about Ted Nugent here and other places he still watches and fights for your 2A rights.
