Deerhunting and exercising

RE: Deerhunting and exercising
I don't exercise specifically for hunting, but I have been known to use hunting as a reason to exercise.
I try to exercise regularly, a little on the machine and a little on the Gazelle. Every bit helps when out hunting! Keeps the muscles and heart in shape!
(yes, I know the heart is a muscle too!)

I think a big start for people to get in shape is to first start a walking routine and stop drinking pop, juiceand eating fast food. That in itself will start showing the results. I just keep milk and a brita filter with water in my fridge so there is never an urge...well there is beer, but I'm have to have something on the weekends!!

I lift weights 3-4 times a week. Ride a bike 3-4 times a week. I have done this for about 15 years now and I feel great. I am a lean, mean, killing machine! I don't exercise to improve my hunting, but I'm sure that it does - It imporves every aspect of your life.
