That's the second buck I've shot in this area that was over ten years old, the other one gross scored 160, I'll scan a picture later. The area has great genetics, I wish I could could get one when he's 6 or seven years old and in his prime.

Congrats, thats one heck of a public land buck. Here in PA they don't get that old, lucky to get past 2 1/2. It's like a firing squad here on opening day.

Here's a couple pics of the other one, I shot him in 1997 about 15 miles away from the other one and he also was 10+ years old. I'm feeling pretty lucky!
