How do you hang your deer?

I was wondering why hunters in the North hang deer from the head to skin and hunters in the South hand deer by the back legs?
I hang mine from the back legs, it seems easier to me to skin them out.
Which way do you hunters prefer?

We always hang them by the back leg .To me its just easier and I don't leave the head on while its hanging in the cooler .
