Cows would be a major pain in the @$$! i guess that they eat everything as well? Do what we do here in Minnesota to deal with free ranging cows....distract the Sconis with brats!

this is a working ranch, they feed hay to the cows and salt licks are everywhere.the only thing i have noticed is, when the cows get in my food plot they will not eat where they crap.the stuff i plant grows tall in those areas.bye the way i heard blackeyed peas are a great spring attractant. anyone else have any ideas for spring planting?

We put up a new electric wire when we first got cows on our land. It was just a single wire until we put up the barbwire fence. I watched 2 does and some fawns that night walk slowly up to it. They got within inches of the wire trying to smell it an then backed off a second and went under it. They never had a problem after than. Just keep it about waist height and the deer wont be bothered by it
