tagging a deer
 
any tips on tagging a deer. i hunt all the time. i try to be scent free as possible. i just dont have any luck getting mr. buck.

It takes patience, get out early in the fall and scout out the area where you will be hunting. Look for scrapes,then you will know a buck is in the area. Know where the trails are, know where the deer are coming from and going too and set up overlooking a hot trail. Other hunters will push deer by you if you can stay still and not alarm deer. If you can, get a doe stamp, seems to be more of them and it will boost your confidence if you get one.

Tagging them is a hell of a lot easier if you shoot them first. ;)
