what has been your experience with deer movement on foggy mornings?

In my experience I've killed two in the fog, not heavy fog. So, IMO they move.

The deer move around here really good in the fog. The problem is your visibility is limited. When it's foggy I go walking. Most deer won't run at noise alone. As long as they don't smell you they will wait to see what you are if they hear you coming. I've killed many bucks by walking up on them and shooting. Foggy weather is a great time to kill deer if you know how to do it.

I got my biggest deer on a foggy morning. Could see about 50 yards. Heard two fighting in the distance and then they both came charging in hot on the trail of 2 different does. I would say they moved really well for me that morning.

in CA the blacktails really love a fogy morning...not thick, thick .. fog but a misty foggy morning we will see 2-4x more deer then on a sunny morning

I have had great luck on foggy mornings. I saw a bunch of nice bucks on a foggy morning in Fairfax this season. They seem to be more relaxed in the fog.
