Has anyone seen or have any info on this buck? It is supposed to be a new record out of Iowa, but now days who knows.

Sorry if this has already been posted and/or discussed.

Look at how old the one on the left looks, I bet in his prime he was a monster. Heck, he is a monster. I bet the hunter who shot him didn't hink he would get out done in the same day by his hunting buddy.

This pic circled around on here a few months ago, was a penned hunt of some type. Title still remains Milo's.

That deer was NOT shot from a pen unless the acreage was in the thousands. Deer shot from pens have antlers that have little scratces all over them. Almost like they walked through a rosebush thicket. This comes from brushing their antlers on the fence. I know this because I have a buck and have seen bucks people have shot from pens.

That picture is really clear and there is no indication of a fence by looking at the rack of either deer. I say fair chase.

jhalfhill, you know by now that all bucks over 150" have to have been shot in a pen, usually about 20 acres........

Alink to B&C Trophy Watch and where they say according to their "most reliable resources this deer appears to be a high fence." Of course nothing is confirmed either way at this point!
