where are the deer

Is anyone else haveing the trouble of not seeing deer? I know they are around I see tracks all around the area I hunt. Do these deer hide during the day or what?

it could be your setup. you could be going into the area the wrong way. do your best to stay downwind of the area going to it, be as scent free as you can be. you could be alerting every deer in the area your coming.

yeah.. and if that is what is happening, you might try leaving your spot (and make plenty of noise), then after a short period sneak quietly back.. sometimes deer wait until hunters go to lunch before they move. This is how I got my buck last year.. but of course it might have just been dumb luck on my part.
