wide rack buck in tenn
 

well i finally seen a buck worth taking this season ,,,hes an 8pt with a 23 in inside spread, he was chaseing a doe bout 730 the other morning ,,i used my 7mm stw with a shepherd scope, i want even bother saying how far he was ,but it was a head on ,faceing me shot center the neck he hit the ground like a champ,,,i havent got a way to post a pix ,but maybe i could send it to someone who could post it for me ..

Mass or width its hard to get both, in tenn. Those canadian deer can sure put the mass on.I like em all no matter where there taken..

I used to hunt paducah missed a chance at a 180' a couple years back when I was 101st. awsome place for big bucks.

any of you guys hunt land between the lakes? I plan on bow hunting there next year (spring turkey and bow season), I was just wondering how many people hunt there and if any of you have had any luck?

Hunted there a few times never had any luck its a beutiful place big hardwood hills and hollers with creek bottoms and big green fields. there are some thumpers that come out of there.And as far as the turkey huntin ,,good luck cause it gets really crowded,,especially on the tenn side. thanks..
