last week of the season in MA
 

this is only my fourth year hunting. I took my first deer during bow season here in MA. my question is, I havent seen much sign and much deer around during the last few weeks of hunting season, where should I look and can any of you give me tips on hunting this last week. thanks for the help.

I hunt mass too.hunt swamps that have high areas in which deer can bed... climbers;)

hello I hunt mass too. found a new spot I shot a doe and my uncle shot at two 8 pointers with in a half an hour on the first sat, and got one of them, last fri during muzzle loading I pushed another nice buck into him clean miss low. I have seen a total of 13 deer in this spot most being bucks and maybe the same deer. but one day I pushed up a total of 6 diffrent deer within 25 min. hunt the swamps, find the highest hill close to the swamp they will be there, but I have found out you can make all the noise you want making a drive, it doesnt help. they will stand up and wait until you are on top of them say 20 yds. by the time you get your gun up they are in enough cover for no shot. I could do this every day in the same spot, now I just sit and hope one decides to take a walk.
