Works great for when you just have to make a little noise.

i have used once or twice....still hunting in the woods and i jump one up then i use a coyote call and they usually stop and would allow a shot

Squirrel calls are great If you romping through the woods to your stand or blind and you are making a little 2 much noise.

I used an owl hooter with a reed as a buck grunter this season. Grunted up a small 8 point with it.:)

Here lately I have been rattling up turkey's and slate calling up deer, go figure.
