Good deer. Where did all those bullets go if it will group that well? If you want to call it buck fever I will certainly understand, but if you weren't shaking you need to spend more time at the range.

Great deer, I got two nice bucks in va this year in Roaanoke co. one with smoke pole and one with rifle, I love hunting that country, congrats on thsi nice buck....

I measured the distance at around 115 yards. Yes, Mohunter and Steve I could use some practice. I've never shot at a target atover a hundred yards. Now that I think about it I should have looked into his chest cavity to see the shot placement. But withnot much of a rest and layers of clothingIstill thinkI putfour shots into his chest andthe fith into his shoulder. With very bad conditions and time running out I was not going to let him get back into the thickets!
