first big buck!!!! Updated (PICS)
 

Well ive been hunting now for about 5 years and i have taken 2 does,a spike,and a very small 4 pointer.Until today,I went to my hunting grounds this evening and got settled in at about 3:30 up against a tree on the top of a hollow and i was watching the other side.I didnt see nothing until almost all of the shooting light was gone then i heard something big coming right at me.I looked and it was a buck i did not know how big it was until after i shot it.I put a 180 gr powerpoint our of my 30-06 in his neck and he fell like a ton of bricks.I got up to him and he was a 10 pointer.He is not a real big 10 but he is a trophy to me and i could not be no more happier than if i had harvested a 200 inch deer.He feild dressed at about 170 and that is pretty big for east tn.I took the camera to develop the pics i go in the morning to pick them up when i do ill try to post some pics.

Congratulations!!!!!!!! A trophy is in the eye of the beholder. I think if it's a ten point it's gotta be a decent buck and a trophy anyways. My biggest's only an 8 point. How wide was it and do you have any pics?
