found 2 deer laying on the tracks near my father-inlaws house all the did was cut the rack and cut the loins out!!!!! didnt skin them didnt even remove there gloves left them in the deer prob removed the tags so the could do it again!!!!!!!! ill be watching 2nd season hunting sourounded by out of staters "2 outfitters" ill have idnr on speed dial

Unbelieveable! People make me sick sometimes. If you dont' want the meat, at least give it away to someone or donate it. Don't just leave it to rot in the woods. What a waste. [:'(]
