Thats awesome that they trust you that much. All i got to say is your lucky you didnt have any estrus scent on yah or his majesty would have givin you some deer sausage.

Yer not kidding, I wouldn't dream of going out there with any scent on this time of year! Just holding my ground when he turns towards me is not easy. His majesty earned his position this year, broke his front tines off early and even had his right nostril ripped out. He's a scrapper, none of the other bucks even begin to stand up to him now. This picture was taken 10/25/06, almost a month ago, right after his nostril had healed up.

Ok thats either REALLY AMAZING or they are the most tame deer on the planet! Do you have alot of private property and just started feeding them? or is this a petting zoo? Im so confused right now.
