RE: New whitetail world record?
I took a nice 14 pointer, Saturday, but no world record. Haven't heard that one yet, but it might be true. The world record nontypical was found, not bagged, in Missouri several years ago. I think Missouri is an underrated state when it comes to trophies. I think a lot of good buck are taken each year that are never scored. In a lot of places in Missouri, people just don't do those things to bring attention to themselves. Seems to give them more local prestige if they play those things cool. I'm not saying that we have a bunch of unmetioned state records. I just think we have a lot more B & C bucks taken each year than ever make it on the books.
We're rooting for the Red Raiders to take the South this year. That QB of yours deserves the Heisman, flat out, but the media won't let him have it (eastern leberal !@#$%^&* media bias!!!) Mizzou's Brad Smith will be First Team All Big 12 QB next year when your boy leaves Lubbock. You guys need to come up to Columbia next year to seethe Red Raiders take on the Tigers at Faurot. Best place to go in Columbia before or after the game?? A little place downtown called . . .
