Big for South Arkansas
Guys,
Please excuse me but I just had to include this one here. You'll probably see it a couple of other places too. My taxidermist says its the largest one he's seen come out of South Arkansas in many years. He was 5.5 years old, 9 points. Only 15.5 inch spread but had some thick hangers there. Weight was 198 lbs.
I call him "Lord, God" cause when I showed him to my mentor he said, "Lord, God what a deer!".

Well I have another one for ya, except this one is from North Ark. Rack is not much, but I shot this deer last year due to his massive body size. 185 lb. field dressed. That is a very large deer for Arkansas (I live in West Fork). Got him in the afternoon during first muzzleloader. My deer butcher said it was the largest deer he'd processed in 15 years. Just to give you something to go by when looking at the picture, I am 6'1" and a 190#.
