A PB&J made with lots of Smuckers Natural peanut butter and Wal-Mart apricot jam , an apple chaser , washed down with mulled apple cider. It's a great carb load for helping me stay awake and helps to keep me warm on cold mornings .

I make myself 2 cheese sandwiches with a bottle of water thats enough to last me from 6 AM to 6 PM i usually eat around noon. some of you should cut back the sugar 
but it can tend to make you shaky if you ONLY eat some candy I also like jerky something about seeing deer makes me hungry

beef jerky of any variety and jolly ranchers. usually throw a bologna and cheese sandwich along with some iced tea in my pack. I always have a can of copenhagen along to for the inbetween meal and snack treat.
