RE: rattling help

I rattled in about 20 deer last year in Michigan.. On public land ajoining a farm.. Most were on one day but was able to rattle'n in bucks on other days.. You can rattle on the ground, blind or treestand.. I usually rattle pretty hard for about a minute.. stoping for a few seconds about every 20 seconds.. I always grunt and sometimes doe bleat... While rattle'n.. I rattle about every 20 to 30 mins.. It depends on your area you hunt too.. If its heavily pressured it will be harder.. Some areas deer just dont respond well to calls..When you set up make sure the deer has to come to you to see whats happening.. So make sure you back up by thick stuff.. Just my 2 cents and how I do it..
