what do I use choke?

Hi, I am looking to find out what size choke do I use for Buckshot in my 12 gau. I figured modified or improved...

Different guns will pattern different size buckshot (as well as brands) differently. The only way to tell is buy a few different brands and sizes and try them out. My old 1100 30" full choke shot Rem. 00 buck the best.
