Tough to tell with that picture, but from what I can see I would say 2 1/2!!!

WV bucks are hard to tell, I have seen mountain bucks in your area that have a small basket rack and are 5 years old.

That one could come from good stock and be 2, or a good ole mountain deer and 4.

I was shocked to see 2 year old full 8 points here in MD. Where I am used to hunting in Eastern Ky, southern WV, I see snaggly 3's and 4's at 2 years old.

His body looks small to me, and he has a rounded forhead, instead of the big flat forhead many older bucks get, thats why I too lean torwards 2 1/2 yrs old. But I admit I am not the greatest at ageing deer.

It could be 3 1/2, but it looks pretty lean, and that neck is still rather small that's why I said 2 1/2!!! It has potential if it is only 2 1/2!!!

2 1/2 to 3 1/2. That would be my guess.
