Deer using the same scrape/rub line

If a nice buck has been killed around a certain scrape/rub line, will another buck come in and use the same area?

I've seen 3 different bucks use the same scrape.
Also seen 12 scrapes in a 30' diameter.
They all won't the samething DOES
