Various topical preps(including jewelweed) CAN work quite well..... BUT,if it's obvious to you that the rash(vesicles)is spreading,get to your Dr. ASAP. Start off with Dexamethazone(Decadron) which is given by injection. Follow this with a tapering course of Medrol called a dospak. Why suffer if you don't have to!
