Some of my treestand setups

hey guys thought Id share some pics of a couple of stands I made for deer season, all 16 gauge 1" square tubing. tig welded

one is 15' and the other is 20'.

the 20' is going to be my baby as I have done lots of planning and setup for the area its going in throughout the year, made kind of a secret green patch. ill try to get some pics of the area next time I am out there.

How in the world will you get them into the woods? ATVs are good, but to get those around trees and such would be hard. Maybe you're going to put them on field edges or something...which would be great. Very nice work. Wish I had that talent.

BoyI hope they break down, look like they could be heavy. Make meone but makeit in 3 sections. I love the size of platform, plety ofroom. You may just have a good business starting up. Oh one other thing I would do as wll is make the ladder its self at a slight angle. Other than that AWSOME!!!!!!!!!

I forgot to mention the one with the extended bracing has a 5 foot ladder section that slips in the bottom making it 20'

I haul them in on a trailer and 15' seems to be about the maxiumum length you want to go, which is why I had the 5 ' section as an add on.

also, there is around a 110 degree angle from the ladder to the platform.

i went to the trouble of making a strap on roof and shooting rail for the

20 footer also. Ill snap some pics of it when I get out to the woods.

Nah because they are 16 gauge they really arent that heavy . if you stand in the balance point you can carry it by yourself on level ground, but thru the woods two people can manage them fine.

Very nice....are you going to paint them so they don't rust and stain everything red/orange when you rubagainstthem?

I hope the spot you put them up in is good, because I don't see you moving them much!
