Stopped by the checking station
 

On the way back from goose hunting. The bow season in Md. is still in. The check station is also a small hunting shop. 2 guy's pulled up in a truck with a real nice buck in the back. All of the sudden the store owner came out of the back room, and real loud exclaimed "HELL NO! GET THAT NIGHT SHOT M.F. OUT OF HERE." I asked him about it but he wouldn't talk about it. Evidently he's had this happen before. Good Luck. Capt Brad.

These people must have a bad reputation if he refused to check the deer in without looking at it.

I know exactly which one it is, I checked my deer this year as I do most years. My home in Md is but a couple miles from there. They are pretty reptitable so if that is what happened it was probally an illigal harvest.

I guess those dudes must have been illegal. Cause if that were me he was accusing of poaching there would have been a a$$whoopin right there. I can't say who win the fight but I know would pass the first lick.

in this area everyone knows who the poachers are! and they don't even act embarassed about it.
